We have changed our own concept of computers, and now to answer the question whether the code is executable or not, it is necessary to specify what kind of computing device we are talking about. We build modern electronic systems on programmable logic integrated circuits and processors, we use calculations in one form or another in every computer device, and even we make processors with several real computing cores, not counting virtual ones. Inside one, even a standard, computer independently of each other work quite a lot of computer processors, connected information. And what one computational process represents as data, another executes.
We execute code that we call data
In fact, in computing systems, we execute even the code we call " text."
In order for the text to be displayed we have to write programs that are de facto controlled by a binary data code called text.

An object (as a fact) is always a product of associative thinking
It's not that we call an object an object. How to call an object is absolutely indifferent. The essential point is that we ascribe to the object a fantastic role – the role of a fact greater than the totality of properties by which we have defined it. We define an object as something independent, but what we are really talking about is a set of properties-corresponding to a set of dimensions – to which we give the name. The matter is that we incorrectly process that information which we carry to concept "object", unambiguously binding to it the properties, considering them as children, despite the fact that actually we do all on the contrary, on properties we define concept which is only the name.
By separating objects and properties, we create cognitive distortion
The mistake of thinking is conceptual transformation. For our cognitive results to benefit us, they must be usable as outcome data.
